I’d say that’s even a valid argument for two-thirds of part 3; Even if Avdol and Joseph could speak Japanese while in Japan, it’s unlikely the Crusaders spoke it much after leaving the country (especially with Baggeutte-man Polnareff in tow. And Dio, an Englishman, as the villain.).

Look buddy that would imply that I’d have to wait until Parts 6 and 7 in English Dub because they’re both American settings.

Yes. It makes more sense for the setting.

But it was still created with non English audio first.

I’m fairly sure that the audio is an input into the final animation. The script definitely is.

Where as the subtitles or dubbed audio are created after the fact.
