Bitch, 5.8% of American households are millionaires. If you work hard, you will become successful in America. That’s excluding property values, retirement plans and buisness partnerships. So the actual number of people with a net worth kf over 1 million is significantly larger. And that number has been rising continuously for over a decade.

Being a billionaire isn’t the bar for success, they are outliers who receded the standards of their industry. The richest people in the world who created the nearly ubiquitous technology you use every day are not the benchmarks for wealth. They are the extreme outliers.

But the average American still makes 5 times the global average income.

Quit with the bitching and moaning about living in the most productive society with the most wealth of any nation on earth.

We should kill them and give their fortunes to China to repay our debt and say sorry for Trump’s tariffs.

What if I told you it’s not about the .000002%, it’s providing the incentive system so that the most amount of people work as hard as possible and create the innovative things that improve all of our lives

The comments on this post prove my theory that Redditors are so stupid that they are genuinely unable to recognise sarcasm unless you put /s after it

It’s not about working hard, it’s about innovating and providing a service/product that people will want to pay for.

Come up with the next apple, you can be a billionaire too if you disrupt a whole industry and get millions of people to think they need your product and the next one after that and the other one too. Maybe increase convenience for millions of people when they shop and use their need for instant gratification and turn mass consumerism into an opportunity.

What’s that ? You don’t have the knowledge or the intelligence to forsee trends and anticipate society’s needs and wants ?

Imagine this: Right out of high school, you get a job making $5,000 per HOUR. You are very motivated, so you work 70 hrs/ week, getting time and a half for everything over 40. You don’t take vacations, don’t pay taxes, and never get sick. Although it’s very hard at first, you only live off the interest of the money you put in the bank. By the time you retire at age 65, you’ve made a billion dollars.

It’s almost as if all the commies made a huge error in judgment when they thought Marx and his labor theory of value had merit, instead of value being subjective and adhering to supply and demand!

They simply don’t have the motivation to pull harder on their bootstraps.

The straps are right there, just have to tug a little harder, but they’re just lazy.

Billionaires deserve that money! They worked hard. It must be hard to balance walking on people’s backs.

It’s actually 0.0002%. I’m guessing he divided 600 by 300 million, but forgot to multiply by 100 when he added the percent sign.

Why can’t they just not be poor like the 0.000002%?

How hard can it be? All you need is a ‘small loan’ and a huge inheritance.
